Our habits of excellence are directly proportionate to the amount of excellence we experience in our lives. It is often difficult to nail the near-perfect morning, and the "near-perfect morning" takes many forms. Today's first hour was a massive success.

Here's what went down:
  • Pseudo-Bulletproof Coffee (Organic coffee, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, cinnamon & vanilla essential oils)
  • Three organic cage-free eggs (onion, garlic, balsamic, himalayan pink salt, pepper) over organic kale
  • Two slices of organic, nitrate-free bacon
3 x Circuit
  • 30 sec - Isometric pull-up (hold at top, 3-way grip)
  • 30 sec - Passive hang
  • 30 sec - Isometric hold @ bottom of "pistol" - R
  • 30 sec - Isometric hold @ bottom of "pistol" - L
  • 30 sec - Isometric hold @ bottom (knee 1" off ground) of rear-foot elevated split squat - Right
  • 30 sec - Isometric hold @ bottom (knee 1" off ground) of rear-foot elevated split squat - Left
  • 30 sec - Free handstand

  • One Power Breath Cycle - Wim Hoff Method in cold shower holding deep squat

Wim Hoff Method Breath Cycle Summary
  1. 30 times Breaths - simulate blowing up a balloon
  2. Breathe in fully
  3. Breath out fully and hold until gasp reflex
  4. Inhale fully and hold for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Repeat until finished
  6. Take 5 minutes to relax and scan your body

    Why do we     post articles?

As we sift through journals, websites, textbooks, etc, it is impossible to memorize every detail of what we read. The Purpose of  collecting these articles is two-fold:

    1) to build an organized database of information that we come across in order to reference & revisit the material when it becomes acutely relevant,

    2) to share the wealth of knowledge, elevating our collective consciousness.
